March Hare opens with bright acidity and delicate brett funk. That gives way to a rounded crushed grapefruit rind, oak and a soft earthy lemon floral finish. March Hare is a complex 5% golden sour that was inoculated with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria left to age in oak for over 12 months.
