And so, on it goes, our continued path down our westward trail of Chico fermented hoppy beers. A familiar, and beloved beer if we do say so ourselves, finally gets its shot at the west coast treatment.

Brewed with the exact same ingredients as the original, this beer, and all our west coast style hop forward beers, are much more about the change and interplay of fermentation and process choices. Fermented with our preferred cleaner American Ale strain, its drinkability remains intact.

We taste impressions of grapefruit oil laden lime zest, ripe cantaloupe melon, and a pleasantly plush cohesive finish… an appropriate mid-summer pale ale. 5% ABV
