Brewed with 100% @epiphanycraftmalt, consisting of pils malt and a small portion of malted wheat. Hopped delicately in the kettle with German Saphir, lagered for weeks, and slowly carbonated without the use of a sintered stone for the utmost in fluffy meringue like head.
The result is an effortlessly consumable beverage, with subtle fruity notes and an extremely clean drinkability. We detect white grape, lemon-lime, freshly rising bread dough crust. 5% ABV
