And so here we are, some might say obviously, with our most eligible house DIPA coming back reimagined as our modern take on current WCDIPA.  Featuring a grist of North American 2 Row and Malted White Wheat, our super soft house water profile, and our preferred American Ale yeast, this one blends the best of both double IPA worlds. 

As always, regardless of any coastal related influences, we nailed this one with Cryo Simcoe and some gorgeous Mosaic for a seriously pungent, hop forward beer. 

We notice Cara-Cara orange, slight pineapple-sweet pine, all the red berries, and grapefruit pith, culminating into a refreshing dank resin with an almost mint-like plush finish.  8% ABV
