  • Triple Crossing Beer in Richmond is searching for a great candidate for our Restaurant Manager position. We believe in hospitality, community and taking great care of our people.     Job Responsibilities (Include, but not limited too):

    - Responsible for maintaining daily operations of their specific location and empowering the FOH team. Make sure to create and maintain a healthy work environment for all employees.
    - Find and implement ways to make the taproom/restaurant operate in an efficient manner.
    - Analyzes financial, customer flow, and food and beer consumption trends to make recommendations to brewery upper management.
    - Help create, convey, and implement the importance of a great guest experience. Make sure that the brand is being represented the same way that the owners have envisioned.
    - Responsible for hiring and training new or current FOH staff.
    - Create and implement weekly programming to drive sales.
    - Help to increase sales at their location per the targets given by upper management.
    - Must be able to work 45 - 55 hours per week.
    - Performs other duties as assigned in the best interest of maintaining and preserving the mission, vision, and culture of the brand.

    Qualifications:

    - 3+ years in a leadership position in the restaurant industry.
    - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
    - Reliable transportation required.
    - Must be at least 21 years of age.
    - High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
    - Serv Safe certified recommended & state and local alcohol enforcement where applicable.
